Our Services
Helping Christian Business people manage up and down the corporate ladder.
Navigating the relationship with your leader/owner can be challenging. Unusual
expectations, guidance or lack of it, ethical challenges, and simple uncertainty can affect your
satisfaction with your workplace, performance, and health. When it comes to managing your
boss, advice comes easily, and often that advice may reflect what others may do, but it will
most likely not reflect what you would do or be in line with who you are and who you aspire to
be.
On the other hand, as a manager, difficult direct reports can take the joy out of leading and
threaten the possibility of reaching the opportunities available to you and the team. Passive
aggressive behavior, sabotage, backbiting, and other behaviors undermine both the
organization's goals and your efforts. When it comes to managing subordinates, advice does
not come easily, but that is because we are less likely to share our struggles as we advance in
our careers.
As a certified coach, former business practitioner, and current researcher, I and my colleagues provide coaching to help you explore your options, navigate these relationships, and bring the results you seek.
